Okay, so this person doesn't have a firm grasp of the art of rhetoric (who does?). But at least she recognizes a difference! That will make more of an impact on her than you know.

Wow! At least it confirms that your values are noticed in the workplace. As the other commenters have said, good for you!
I once had a girl say to me, "Argh! You're so...so...sophisticated. That's not a compliment." I took it as one anyway. :)

next time, just slug the coworker really hard and say:

and walk away. I'll bet they really laugh then ;-)
